The Pakistan Super League (PSL) Governing Council will meet today, Monday, at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore. The meeting will be chaired by Zaka Ashraf, the Chairman Management Committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The meeting is expected to discuss a variety of matters related to PSL-8, including the financial matters and contracts of the league, the PSL window, and the possibility of organizing the PSL in a different venue due to the upcoming general elections in Pakistan.
This is the first meeting of the PSL Governing Council under Ashraf’s chairmanship. He was appointed the Chairman Management Committee of the PCB in February of this year.
The PSL is one of the most popular cricket leagues in the world, and it is expected that the Governing Council meeting will make some important decisions that will shape the future of the league.
